A class not exclusively for men, but it will take on board on the slightly differing physical needs that the male physique often requires. With 7 years of personal yoga practice and completing his teacher training in 2019, Phil brings a wealth of experience to his teaching.
Drawing from his 20 years as a personal trainer and 8 years as a counsellor, he uses yoga as a powerful tool to guide individuals in overcoming obstacles, fostering a deeper connection to their bodies, and embarking on a journey of personal growth and transformation. His class will focus on stretching of hamstrings, releasing of shoulders, using one's strength with care and awareness and de-stressing from the busy work week: a perfect start to the weekend. Women welcome too for this special 75 minute intense session!
