Stable Yoga welcomes students of all backgrounds, irrespective of age, disability, race or ethnicity, religious belief, gender or sexual orientation. The studio’s ethos is one of equality and inclusivity, and we are proud to keep our class rates as low as possible, so people of any socio-economic group can enjoy the benefits that yoga provides.
While our in-person classes are attended by some who arrive on foot and others who may have travelled half an hour or more by car, our online students tune in from the world over: we have had people join us from all corners of the UK, Portugal, Switzerland, the USA, Dubai and even New Zealand!
