Forrest Yoga is designed to address current day stresses and challenges, both physical and emotional. It’s a strong practice, but also grounding and deeply healing. Intelligent sequencing will build your flexibility and strength whilst developing greater physical and emotional self-awareness. Forrest Yoga has a strong emphasis on the core, helping you to get centred. You will learn to breathe deeply and hold the poses for longer. As you progress you will become proficient at safely tailoring each pose to work best for you and learn to work honestly at your own edges. Suitable for all-levels and those working with injuries. With training in both Power Yoga and Forrest Yoga, Tash's class is a wonderful mixture of high octane effort, plenty of stretching and deep relaxation at the end.
