Gentle Flow Yoga

Keri’s Gentle Flow Yoga class is most suitable for beginners and those desiring an easier, slower class, for example, post-illness or injury. It will still improve strength and flexibility, as well as calming the mind by incorporating pranayama/breathing techniques, guided postures sequencing, balances, and a lovely relaxation with optional oils and a gentle massage to close.
